WebCore necro is a prime example. None of the specs have the same shroud set. It's good at pve and pvp. Thief's unique is the steal ability. And it can indeed be quite a downer when you move from that to the daredevil's lower range version, but otherwise daredevil just builds up on thief stuff and have builds that use core weapons.
