Webb1 dec. 2024 · in October 2024 I palpated the testicle and found a swelling on the left side of the right testicle, a swelling as small as a grain of rice and hard that didn't hurt, and now I have that swelling but it seems (I'm not sure) it's a little bigger than then. The bump is right next to where that rock hit. WebbSometimes you can get these small bumps on the epididymis or the vas deferens, they can vary in size and are usually nothing to worry about. It’s almost like it’s connected to a vein on the testicle somewhere that blood is pooling into and forming a lump or something? And I can feel a long vein like thing that connects to the lump as well, that is physically on the testicle.
